هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با تلفیق درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان شفقت محور بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان مطلقه انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌‌آزمون، پس‌‌آزمون، باگروه کنترل و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مطلقه‌ای (57 نفر) بودند که در سال
96-1395به مرکز مشاوره خانواده آمنه در منطقه 3، وابسته به بهزیستی استان تهران مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد
36 نفر از زنان مطلقه به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس با در نظر گرفتن نمره پایین در بهزیستی‌ روان‌شناختی، انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه 12 نفره (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل) گمارده شدند. سپس افراد گروه آزمایش اول تحت آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و گروه آزمایش دوم تحت آموزش تلفیق پذیرش و تعهد با شفقت طی 10 جلسه 120 دقیقه‌ای هفتگی قرارگرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ گونه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه بهزیستی ‌روان‌شناختی ریف (1989) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی در افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان مطلقه تأثیر معنا‌داری داشت (05/0 p<). با این وجود، روش تلفیقی در مقایسه با پذیرش و تعهد مؤثرتر بود (05/0 p<). نتایج پیگیری نیز نشان داد روش‌های درمان اثر ماندگاری داشته‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان از طریق آموزش مداخلات مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و تلفیق آن با شفقت به افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان مطلقه کمک نمود.
