پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مشاوره‌ی انطباق‌پذیری شغلی بر اشتیاق تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را کلیه‌ی دانش‌آموزان پسر متوسطه‌ی دوره‌ی اول شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 تشکیل می‌دادند. به منظور انتخاب آزمودنی‌ها 50 دانش‌آموز به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (25 نفر) و گروه کنترل (25 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برای هر دو گروه، پیش‌آزمون اجرا شد. گروه آزمایش مدت 7 جلسه‌ی 75 دقیقه‌ای مشاوره‌ی گروهی انطباق‌پذیری شغلی اقتباس شده از روش مشاوره‌ی شغلی ساویکاس (هارتونگ و ویس، 2016) را دریافت کردند. در پایان دوره‌ی مشاوره، پس‌آزمون در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. سپس یک ماه بعد، آزمون پیگیری از هر دو گروه آزمایش گرفته شد. برای سنجش اشتیاق تحصیلی، از پرسشنامه‌ی اشتیاق تحصیلی آرشامبالت و همکاران (2009) استفاده شد. همچنین میانگین نمرات پایانی ترم اول و مستمر ترم دوم به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون و نمرات پایانی ترم دوم، به منظور پیگیری عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر نشان داد که روش مشاوره‌ی انطباق‌پذیری شغلی بر اشتیاق تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی تأثیر داشته است و همچنین آزمون مقایسه‌های زوجی در سه مرحله‌ی پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نشان داد که میانگین‌ها در پس‌آزمون افزایش یافته (۰۱/۰>p) و تا پیگیری ثبات داشته است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر بیانگر این است که مشاوره‌ی انطباق‌پذیری شغلی بر اشتیاق تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی تأثیر‌گذار است.
