<p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده </strong><br>
<strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی تأثیر بازی­های شغلی بر مسئولیت پذیری، انطباق پذیری مسیرشغلی و افکار ناکارآمد حرفه ای دانش آموزان شهر اصفهان بود. <strong>روش</strong>: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه دانش­آموزان پسر دوره اول متوسطه ناحیه 3 شهر اصفهان بودند. طرح تحقیق شبه­تجربی از نوع پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه گواه بود. گروه نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 44 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 44 نفر در گروه گواه برآورد شد. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه 75 دقیقه­ای بازی شغلی شرکت کردند و هرکدام یک نقش شغلی را ایفا نمودند. داده­ها با استفاده از زیرمقیاس مسئولیت پذیری از پرسشنامه­ی 5 عاملی شخصیت نئو، پرسشنامه­ی انطباق پذیری مسیرشغلی و پرسشنامه­ی افکار ناکارآمد حرفه­ای جمع­آوری شد. <strong>یافته­ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین عضویت گروهی و مسئولیت پذیری، انطباق­پذیری مسیر شغلی و باورهای ناکارآمد حرفه­ای دانش آموزان وجود دارد (05/0><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>). همچنین میانگین باورهای ناکارآمد حرفه­ای دانش آموزان گروه تجربی بطور معناداری کمتر از دانش آموزان گروه گواه بود (05/0><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>). <strong>نتیجه­گیری:</strong> بازی­های ایفای نقش شغلی می­توانند مسئولیت­پذیری و انطباق­پذیری شغلی را افزایش و افکارناکارآمد شغلی را کاهش دهند.</p>
<p><strong>Abstract</strong><br>
<strong>Purpose</strong>:This study aims to investigate the effect of job games on the responsibility, career adaptability, and dysfunctional career thoughts of Isfahani students. <strong>Method</strong>: The statistical population included all male high school (1) students of district 3 in Isfahan. This quasi-experimental study included a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. Using Cochran’s formula, the sample size was calculated as 44 individuals in each experimental and control groups. The experimental group members participated in eight 75-minute job game sessions and each member played a job role. Data were collected using the responsibility subscale from the NEO Five-Factor Personality Inventory, the Career Adaptability Inventory and the Career Thoughts Inventory. <strong>Results</strong>: The results of variance analysis showed a significant difference between students’ group membership and responsibility, career adaptability and dysfunctional career thoughts (P<0. 05). Moreover, in the students of the experimental group, the mean of dysfunctional career thoughts was significantly lower than in the students of the control group (P<0. 05). <strong>Conclution</strong>: Job role playing games can increase responsibility and career adaptability and reduce the dysfunctional career thoughts.</p>
