fa تأثیر مشاوره پویایی اجتماعی بر هویت شغلی دانشجویان پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.0cm;"><strong><u>چکیده</u>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر مشاوره پویایی اجتماعی بر هویت شغلی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه اصفهان انجام شد. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش، یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 1395-1394در مقطع کارشناسی بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه 30 نفر انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش تحت مشاوره پویایی اجتماعی قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه وضعیت شغلی من گردآوری شد و با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های تکرارشونده تحلیل شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که مشاورۀ پویایی اجتماعی بر هویت شغلی دانشجویان در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تأثیر معناداری داشته است (05/0 <span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>). همچنین نتایج حاکی از این بود که این نوع مشاوره بر درک نیاز به اطلاعات شغلی و درک موانع محیطی و شخصی هم تأثیر معناداری داشت (05/0 <span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>). <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: مشاوره پویایی اجتماعی می‌تواند به ایجاد هویت شغلی در دانشجویان کمک نماید.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate the effect of socio-dynamic counseling on the vocational identity of Isfahan university students. <strong>Methods:</strong> For this study, quasi-experimental method, with pretest-posttest and follow-up design, and a control group were used. The study population included all of the students at Isfahan university who were studying for their bachelor&rsquo;s degree during the year 2015-2016. In this study, 30 subjects were randomly selected through voluntary sampling and were divided into two experimental and control groups (15 subjects in each group). The experimental group underwent socio dynamic counseling, but the control group did not receive any interventions. Data were collected using My Vocational Identity Scale (MVS) of Holland, Digger and Power (1980) and analyzed using SPSS-22 and analysis of variance through repeated measures. <strong>Findings:</strong> The results showed that socio-dynamic counseling had a significant effect on the vocational identity of students in post-test and follow-up stages (p0.05).
