هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش نظریه ذهن بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 30 دانش‌آموز دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای به صورت در دسترس از میان مراجعه کنندگان فرهنگسرای‌های شهرداری کرمانشاه در سال 1395 انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل مقیاس درجه بندی مهارت‌های اجتماعی کرشام و الیوت و سیاهه اختلال بی اعتنائی مقابله‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای ساکوما بود. گروه آزمایش آموزش نظریه ذهن را در 10 جلسه یک ساعته دریافت نمودند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در پس آزمون میانگین مهارت اجتماعی، در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معناداری داشت (01/0P<). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت آموزش نظریه ذهن بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش آموران دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای مؤثر است.
