Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to determine the role of general self-efficacy mediated the relationship between differentiation and social identity among students. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study, a correlation was performed. The study population were all university students of martyr Beheshti and Allameh Tabatabai, where 120 people were selected by convenience sampling. To collect the data, and differentiation (DSI), General Self-Efficacy (GSE-17) and social identities were used. Data using Pearson correlation coefficients and path analysis were analyzed.

Abstract
Introduction: society and the institution of the family in Iran in recent decades have been dramatic changes. This primarily changes is due to in various aspects of different component, and most recently has been the most important component of communication technology. Knowing the causes of these changes in the family structure guides us into a dynamic community and a family.
This study examines the factors affecting oriented to family structure changes caused by the media were allowed. . Methods: In this study, the qualitative approach and method of grounded theory for the understanding and interpretation of the causes that affect the use of social media were used.
Society Of this study, were selected according to the study objectives and included people who were over 30 years old and Among them 28 people interviews, according to data saturation semi-structured were deep. Research questions centered on the changes in family structure due to social media, and stuff, open and axial coding used for research question. Results: According to research findings, major categories were: Scientific and recreational infrastructure, personal factors, government and the media, modernity and cultural factors, social factors modernity, Family factors, the essentials of modern life, factors of modern communication. And Core categories include: factors modernity. Conclusion: According to research, findings concluded that Changes in family structure as a result of inter structural factors such as Modern communication factors, personal factors and factors of modern family. And external family structure such as: scientific infrastructure and entertainment, government and media, modernity and cultural factors, social factors modernity, the essentials of modern life, respectively.

Abstract
Aim: Intimacy is a basic human need and one of the principals of marital life. This study aimed to investigate the factors enhancing couple’s intimacy. This research was conducted qualitatively, based on grounded theory. Methods: The population included all married individuals from Shiraz who were married for at least one year. Ten of them were interviewed using semi-structured questions until data saturation was reached. The main question of the research was "In what ways couples may enhance their intimacy?". Findings: According to the findings, the main categories were: constructive criticism, constructive and non-judgmental conversation, conversational skills, support and reliability, mutual respect, fun, interpersonal character, harmony in different aspects, relationship with surrounding systems, boundary, growth and development, respect for desires and interests, mutual understanding, acceptance, task allocation, caring to mutual needs, knowing each other and individualization, and core categories were: effective communication and understanding of differences. Conclusion: In the present study, two categories of factors are effective in promoting the intimacy of couples. These factors include both intra-family and extra-family concepts. Accordingly, it is suggested that improving effective communication skills as well as comprehension and acceptance skills in couples, promote their intimacy.

Abstract
Aim: The aim of this study was to develop a strategic model in relation to the factors threatening the mental health and family structure of employees of the subsidiary staff of oil company, with emphasis on the focus of the third type of change. Methods: In this study, a qualitative approach and grounded theory methodology was used. The statistical population included all subsidiary personnel of South Zagros Oil Company and Falat Ghareh. Targeted sampling was started from those who had information about the subject. Then, considering the direction of information, the theoretical sampling continued until theoretical development and saturation was achieved. The sample size was closely related to the saturation level. Data were collected through in-depth, qualitative semi-structured interviews. In addition to the interview, the researchers also collected information by forming a focal group. In this study, analysis of three types of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding was used. Findings: After three-step coding, 74 initial codes, 21 axial codes and final 5 nuclear codes were obtained. The final codes of the research were: job and organizational strategies, family strategies, personal and family functionalism, individual strategies, and metaphysics; the last three codes were based on type-three changes. Conclusion: The model obtained from the results of this study included all three types of changes of type one, type two, and type three, which can eventually be used as a complete reference for developing strategies to deal with mental health threats as an individual dimension, and with family structure as an interpersonal dimention, for the oil company’s satellite personnel.
