Abstract
This study aimed to determine the relationship between motivation and objectives of social development with academic procrastination. The subjects, 275 (boys and girls) in the city of Marivan were selected. The instruments in this study were academic motivation, social development and academic procrastination questionnaires. For data analysis, stepwise regression and structural equation model was used. The results of stepwise regression showed that among the components of academic motivation of task components, competition, business social cohesion cookies and components of social progress goals (mastery, performance-oriented, performance avoidance) can predict academic procrastination. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the motivational education and social development goals can predict academic procrastination. The results of this research can be used to overcome procrastination and academic failure among students and increase student motivation.

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of career training on the development of the career path of the mentally disabled students. Methods:This research was a semi-experimental using a control group and pretest-posttest method. The sample was a group of 72 students in the third, fourth, and fifth grades in primary school. The sample was selected randomly based on clustered sampling from two schools and students were put into the experimental and control groups. The data was gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire based on Gatfredson’s theory and was analyzed by one-way variance analysis and covariance analysis. Results: The data showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores in the experimental and control groups and a significant difference between the careers’ cognitive map of girls and boys (p<0.001). Conclusion: In general, the career training effects on development of career in mentally disabled students.

Abstract
Abstract
Aim: The aim of the current study was a comparison between the effect of career adaptability education to preschool children and attachment-based counseling to their parents on children’s’ career development in Isfahan city. Methods: Statistical population including all of preschool children, aged 5 to 7 and parents of 5 to 7-year-old preschool children in Isfahan city. 30 preschool children, aged 5 to 7 selected voluntary and randomly divided to two experiment and control groups (10 children in each group). Data was gathered by using preschool children’s’ career development questionnaire. The parent group received the Attachment-based counseling and the children group received the Career adaptability education both in 8 sessions and The control group did not receive any education. Data was analyzed by using SPSS-18 and analysis of covariance. Findings: The results showed that both career education to children and parents has significant effect on children’s’ career development (P<0.001), and It was no significant differences between the effect of two methods (P<0/05). Also the secondary finding from research suggest that two methods had significant effect on time perspective, internal curiosity, information and external curiosity (P<0/05). Conclusion: Therefore, the research findings illustrated that career educations to children and parents can have beneficial result on childrenchr('39')s career development.

Abstract
Aim: The development of an integrated model of counseling on growth with an emphasis on how to face the process of time and the responsibility of existence in accordance with the intellectual horizon of the referents in Islamic culture is the aim of this research, which is necessary based on the emphasis on cultural psychology. Methods:The method of this research is the use of Schleiermacher's classical hermeneutics, which has been integrated by examining the selected theories step by step, and has been put into a format suitable for Islamic thought. The method of interpretation in this method is done using the grammatical and technical features of the text and is classified in the form of partial and general interpretation. The integration model is obtained with the method of inductive and deductive logic, finally deals with the purpose, techniques and treatment process in a practical and practical attitude while having the basics and principles. Findings: The findings show that the foundations of the formed pattern include the basis of perfection with principles (contradiction, desire for perfection, agency, hierarchy of existence, service, regularity and continuous creation, orientation and purposefulness); The basis of unity with principles (completion, connection of parts, acceptance and integration, fixed truth, immutability of the rules and causality of existence, balance and compatibility), the basis of immortality with principles (the desire to return to the origin, spatiality, temporality of existence, temporal integration, death, existential rotation). It is based on purposefulness with principles (leadership, power of creation, administration and continuity of existence, comprehensiveness). which is in accordance with the principles and principles with the ultimate goal, techniques and treatment process.Conclusion: The integrated developmental model in combination with the Islamic horizon in the hermeneutic way is a new model that can be efficient in creating harmony with the intellectual foundations of the clientes and without creating conflicting discourses, it can expand the intellectual horizon of the reference and specify a path and meaning for him.

Abstract
Amin: The purpose of this research is to identify the positive changes and growth of mothers in different dimensions after adopting the role of parenting.Method: This qualitative research was conducted using the thematic analysis approach. The studied population is equal to the participants of the research, it included couples who have lived for at least 7 years and have at least one 2-year-old child, are relatively satisfied with their lives, live in Tehran and participated in the research with their consent. The participants were selected from eligible clients through targeted sampling and available methods. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 18 participants were studied through interviews. Results: According to the results of the research, mothers believe that since the birth of a child, they experience changes in personal, marital and social relations; So that the personal dimensions include: the expansion of responsibility, the expansion of self-concept and patience; Also, the developments that we witness in the marital relationship include intimacy, enrichment of marital cohesion, consolidation of boundaries and creation of parental identity, and finally, the developments of social relations include revision of the social role and expansion of the bond with the family of origin. Conclusions: Having children creates positive changes in mothers in personal, marital, social-cultural dimensions, which increases the satisfaction of the couple relationship.

Abstract
Aim: The main purpose of the current research was to explore the commitment-oriented development model of the organization. Method: The current research was conducted in terms of qualitative methodology, based on the Grounded Theory method, and through Purposed sampling. The research community was formed by the employees of20 knowledge-based companies. Using a semi-structured interview, data was collected and after theoretical saturation was achieved, 17people were limited to the interview. To analyze the data, the grounded theory method was used, and in the analysis of the data obtained from the research, coding was done in three consecutive steps; Open coding, selective coding, and theoretical coding. Findings: In the present study, the findings indicate the identification of 300 primary codes, 80 open codes, 12 core codes, and 4 selective codes, which are generally in 4 axes of commitment-oriented organizational culture (commitment-oriented behavior, belief and values), commitment-oriented organizational structure (commitment-oriented supervision and selection, organizational role and organizational justice), commitment-oriented organizational policy (participation and realization of integrated commitment) And the commitment-oriented organizational climate (growth-willing, participation and support) is categorized. Conclusion: The results of the findings indicate that the development of commitment-oriented development in the organization can be implemented in various dimensions of the structure, policy, culture, and organizational atmosphere

Abstract
Aim: The professional growth and development of counselors is a continuous and lifelong process. Accordingly, this study aimed to elucidate the process of growth and development among family counselors. Methods: This qualitative study employed a qualitative meta-analysis approach. The study population consisted of Persian and English qualitative articles related to the growth and development of family counselors. A total of 107 qualitative studies were reviewed, of which 18 were identified as fully relevant. Relevant articles were selected through comprehensive searches in databases including PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, SID, NoorMagz, and Magiran. Data were analyzed using a systematic review method and the inductive thematic analysis approach proposed by Thomas and Harden, encompassing three stages: open coding, organizing codes into descriptive themes, and generating analytical concepts. Findings: The thematic analysis of the qualitative studies resulted in the identification of four main themes, 13 subcategories, and 230 sub-subcategories. The main themes were: Initiation and Orientation; Activity and Exploration; Transition and Follow-up; and Integration and Synergy. The subcategories included: Non-professional Assistance; Beginner Student and Self-Doubt; Understanding Philosophy and Enhancing Professional Knowledge; Basic Level Performance; Entering the Internship Path and Receiving Supervision; Labeling Oneself as a Professional Specialist; Novice Professional Performance; Contextual Understanding of the Professional Community; Experienced Professional Performance; Deepening Personal and Professional Reflection; Integration of Personal and Professional Self; Self-Transcendence and Self-Enhancement; and Mission-Centricity. Conclusion: The findings indicate that cultivating responsibility and self-confidence during training enables counselors to discover their unique professional voice and achieve a meaningful integration between their personal and professional selves.

Abstract
Aim:: Sexual deviance and marital infidelity are among the most significant factors undermining marital stability. The purpose of this article is to present a novel conceptual model termed “Sexual Exclusivity Development”, which explains how healthy sexual growth can lead to the restriction of sexual desire to a committed marital relationship and thereby reduce the likelihood of harmful sexual behaviors. Method: The method of this study is conceptual model construction, based on the author’s three decades of professional experience working with individuals suffering from sexual deviance and marital infidelity, along with the application of relevant theoretical frameworks in this field. Findings: Based on the synthesis of results obtained from working with clients who had a history of sexual deviation and infidelity, it was concluded that sexual maturity is not limited to biological changes. Rather, it represents a multidimensional process encompassing cognitive, emotional, moral, and self-regulatory growth. Drawing upon theoretical literature and the author’s clinical observations, the proposed model outlines ten developmental stages through which incongruent sexual stimuli are gradually eliminated and the individual’s sexual focus becomes centered on a spouse-oriented relationship. This article reviews psychoanalytic, evolutionary, attachment, and learning perspectives on sexual deviance and demonstrates how early sexual experiences and deficiencies in upbringing can disrupt the development of sexual exclusivity, thereby predisposing individuals to future marital infidelity. Conclusion: Finally, the article discusses the implications of this model for premarital counseling and emphasizes the necessity of empirical studies to evaluate its validity and practical applicability.
