مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه‌گرا و آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا بر رضایت‌مندی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه‌گرا و آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا بر رضایت‌مندی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه انجام شد. روش: این تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی همراه با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه مراجعه کننده به یکی از کلینیک­های رادیوتراپی شهر تهران در سال 1394 بود که از بین آنها 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و از طریق مصاحبه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا، زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه‌گرا وگروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. به منظورجمع‌آوری اطلاعات از "مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ" استفاده شد. از آزمون­های تحلیل کوواریانس یک­متغیره و تعقیبی شفه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته­ها نشان داد که زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه‌گرا و آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا به طور معناداری بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی افراد گروه آزمایش اثربخش بوده‌اند (01/0p<). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی شفه نشان داد میانگین نمرات گروه آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا از گروه زوج درمانی سیستمی– سازه‌گرا به طور معناداری بیشتر است (001/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که از بین دو رویکرد زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه‌گرا و آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت‌گرا، آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت گرا در اثربخشی بر رضایت مندی زناشویی مؤثرتر از درمان سیستمی-سازه گرا است. بنابراین، آموزش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده کثرت­گرا می­تواند به عنوان مداخله ترجیحی جهت افزایش رضایت­مندی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه در مراکز مشاوره و روان­درمانی در نظر گرفته شود.
